I used to think that an hour was way too short for a yoga class, and then I created forty twenty: A 60 minute straight up shot of all the good stuff. Forty-twenty infuses together 40 minutes of an invigorating, sticky sweaty flow and twenty minutes of blissful restorative poses all stitched together with pranayama and meditation.
The cumulation of moving through postures using the breath. The music will be soothing and alive. The message will be true. You will flow. This class suitable for all levels of practitioners. It includes an integration warm-up, a series of energizing flows in which breath and movement are linked, and a calming surrender series to cooldown.
Yoga is a set sequence of postures that is accessible to everyone. Challenging, but not difficult. It incorporates foundational postures with some abdominal work and peak postures.
Renew + Restore
is a class to renew and restore your mind and body – in this vinyasa flow practice we will use props (bolsters, blocks, blankets etc.) to set up in restorative postures for long holds – intended to calm your nervous system & renew your energy source from the inside out – accessible to all.
