Sheila and I met years ago when she and her lovely family began creating kindness rocks and leaving them here there and just about everywhere!… she was one of the very first people to join me and support the kindness rocks Project movement. I then joined Sheila at several of her community meditation events and was so inspired by her pure joy and passion for helping others get quiet and listen to that little voice within that can only be heard during the peace found in meditation. I know that personally my meditation practice has helped guide and motivate me to follow my dreams. Sheila is a shining example of a great teacher who helps her students learn and embrace all of the benefits from the practice.
